Replaced pans and great service
We had a set of frying pans that we took great care of, that served us well for 4 years. The non stick surface of both started coming away, and Le Creuset offered to replace them for us under their lifetime guarantee after we sent detailed pictures. The customer service representative we dealt with was fantastic. This isn’t the first time we have had an item replaced on their lifetime guarantee, and every time the service has been excellent.

Customer helpline terribly slow
We have a pan which is faulty and we are claiming under the warranty. My issue though is how slow customer service are to respond. They sat on my original email, then eventually asked for more information which I sent immediately, then another week went by and no reply, then I chased again, and again, no reply. Chat doesn't work, and you cant phone as the line is turned off. Come on guys, you're a premium product....that comes with expectations about service
One product developed a crack in…
One product developed a crack in it after 3 weeks. I knew Le Creuset was a great brand, but the customer service has been exceptional. Katy has been absolutely fantastic - replacement arranged within 3 emails. You've made my partner and I customers for life - now its time to save up for the next piece

Over a month to arrange a return...
We purchased a pan from the Bicester outlet and released it was defective during forging (it is not circular). Credit to the Bicester branch they immediately agreed to arrange a replacement. BUT... it has been over a month and we are now on their 3rd attempt at arranging a courier pick-up to pick-up the defective pan so they can send us a replacement. Now verging on the ridiculous...

No spare parts anywhere
For such a huge company selling very expensive items I'm dumbfounded I can't even source a spare kettle whistle! The kettle is current stock and there's nowhere to buy spare parts. I've emailed and been asked an absolute interrogation of questions such as the batch number, which is impossible to give once you've used the item for 3 months and don't have the packaging. They practically have a cult following but it feels like you need to purchase the complete item all over again if anything goes wrong. For 3 months use I expected a better product and customer service

Dreadful product
Dreadful product. Spent over £100 on a pan and it lost non stick with 2 yrs. Got a replacement, same thing happened in even less time. Looked after them so well, always cooked on low to medium heat, never put in dishwasher (although you can) etc. Lifetime guarantee not worth the paper it's on as customer service from Le Creuset is shocking. The positive reviews have to be taken into context, people will invariably review early on in their usage cycle (when engagement is high) or when things go wrong. If I had reviewed early on the review would have been positive but wouldn't reflect my experience over time. Never again.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. The writing was fading on a product I had from Le Creuset and this came with a guarantee. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful. Unfortunately, the item I had was no longer in stock but they helped me find an alternative and replaced the item. Thank you so much Katy, Hannah and Elizabeth.

Great pan, shame about accessories
A lovely cast iron griddle pan, and discounted in the sale. Quick delivery and well-packaged item.
But knocking off two stars as Le Creuset doesn't sell an appropriate pan handle cover. I was told by customer sales assistants in the shop that the material pan cover isn't heat resistant, and Le Creuset doesn't make a silicone cover. Real shame.

Replacement casserole pot
I ordered a replacement for a pot I bought 33 years ago, aftèr I contacted le crueset to see if it was possible to re enamel it. They explained it couldn’t be but gave me a 30% off voucher which I’ve used to buy a new pot. I love my pots and I’m very happy with the new one.
No gift options for ordering :(
I ordered a baking dish to be delivered as a wedding gift for some friends. They absolutely loved the gift. However, I was unable to mark on my order that it was a gift, so I was unable to note who it was from, enclose a gift message, or to hide/remove the receipt from the order. That was very disappointing, especially as Le Creuset items make such good gifts. Please change your order system so that people can order gifts for friends.
Cannot fault the quality
Cannot fault the quality. My sister who has been using Le Crouset for some 30 years plus, swears by the brand, and it was she who converted me to it. O.M.G. how right she was...!
I recently watched a T.V. programme (Inside the factory) which was about how Le Creuset is manufactured. Quite incredible.
I appreciate that the price may put a lot of people off purchasing, but I always remember the maxim that the price of the item is forgotten long after the quality is remembered.!
Go for Le Creuset, you will not be disappointed.

Everything sticks
The frying pan is nice and sturdy and a beautiful color but everything we cook on it sticks so it is unusable.
I RECEIVED an answer from Creuset telling me to send an email for clarification.
I sent that email over a month ago and never got an answer.

Easy to order but not good delivery
Easy to order, delivery took 10days, when opened one part of the order was broken in several pieces. Packaging had not been wrapped around each box.
Contacted customer service that day, and asked to send photos and it would be reordered. Photos sent that day, had to contact 5 days later to be told the Item had been reordered that day. No delivery date, parcel appeared 6 days later in perfect condition.
